To all our Clients and Partners
I want to give you an update on how Dawn McLaughlin & Co is reacting to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have been monitoring the situation closely and reviewing our readiness to deal with any wider outbreak of the disease to ensure that this will not cause disruption to our team, clients or partners. Besides the health of our employees, maintaining the highest level of service to our clients is our priority.
These are unprecedented times and we would like to reassure you that Dawn McLaughlin & Co continues to operate providing services and support to our clients. Whilst the office remains open at this time, we will keep this under review and if, and when, necessary our team will work remotely.
To minimise the potential for transmission we are adopting a policy of online meetings where possible. Our preferred video conferencing solution is Zoom and this free application can be downloaded to your PC, laptop, iPad or phone from https://zoom.us/meetings. This is a precautionary measure aimed at minimising the risk of infection, avoiding potential disruption to our customer support, and reducing the impact on local healthcare providers. For some of our work with you, we will need to make visits to your premises, but these will be kept to a minimum with as much work as possible being done remotely. Our arrangements will take cognisance of your response to COVID-19 and we understand that this may change from day to day.
The team is available to support you as much as possible over the coming weeks and months and if there are questions you have, or information you feel is important then please do get in touch with us at 02871 370886 or email [email protected].
If your business needs additional support through these difficult economic times then don’t hesitate to get in touch. We will provide regular updates on business support measures issued by HMRC and the Revenue Commissioners related to the payment of taxes, submission of tax returns and payroll returns as well as business support measures issued by Companies House.
We will also provide updates on business support measures from other relevant bodies.
Please reach out to us if you are have any questions at all. We are more than happy to assist any of your colleagues or business contacts that may find themselves in difficulty. Feel free to pass on our details.
